I highly recommend classes at Lifestyle Fitness with Monique. She creates a comfortable atmosphere and designs a tailored workout plan according to your individual fitness needs. As someone who struggles with mobility and has difficulty with everyday movement, Monique was able to help me achieve one of my personal goals which was to get up off the floor independently and safely. Instead of dreading exercise as I used to in the past I find myself looking forward to the next session.

Experience was good, it was my first time at the salon, great service. I was uncertain about what I wanted and Jessica gave me clarity on what would be better for me.
