I had such an amazing experience! Rhea is incredibly professional, highly skilled, and truly excellent at what she does. Not only that, but she’s also a beautiful person inside and out, which makes the whole experience even more comfortable and enjoyable. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt completely at ease the entire time. The results are absolutely fantastic , I couldn’t be happier! 10/10 experience. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I recently had nose filler and fat dissolve with Shannen and I’m so amazed at my results! I’ve always disliked my nose but the confidence she’s given me is insane. She is very professional and talked me through the whole process. I will be certainly be going back to Shannen for anything else I want done. In my opinion she is the best practitioner in Southampton.

The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

Went in for a balayage and a cut at LoLo's on Saturday! First of all, the new salon is incredible - fresh, clean and relaxing as well as a great central southampton location! Second of all, my hair is beautiful! Kacey listened to exactly what I wanted and executed it flawlessly! And on top of all that, she's a sweetheart - funny, kind and creates the best atmosphere for getting your hair done! Thank you!!!

Shannon was just amazing. She provided full explanation of the procedure and the process. Made me feel comfortable and I left feeling amazing. The results are already visible and I am looking forward to seeing the end result in a couple of weeks. I have already recommended Shannon to my friends and colleagues and would highly recommend her to anyone that wants great work done by a trusted expert.

Another wonderful cut and blow dry by Courtney. She's been cutting and colouring my hair for well over 10 years now. Always trusted her with my hair, she always gives great advice and opinions on styles to suit and is a perfectionist in her work.

Shannen is so lovely and explained everything clearly 😊

Rachel was so professional, gentle and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the whole appointment.
