The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

I had my Botox done by Rachel C and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. She was so professional, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the whole appointment. I’m so pleased I chose to have the Hifu procedure. Natalie explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. The procedure itself was a bit painful in places but only for split second then it was gone. I felt a little bit tender in my jaw for an hour after but it was well worth it. I woke up this morning and was blown away when I looked in the mirror! two days after the procedure and my skin has tightened considerably around my jawline and cheek bones, the fine line around my eyes are nearly gone. I can’t wait to see how it’s going to look in 6 weeks.

Amazing as always ! I always book for a time more than a person so I get different staff a lot and every single one is just incredible! despite being held up due to traffic from London, the team at Beauty enhanced still managed to get all of my treatment done. At one point, the salon had been closed and the three therapists finished my treatment together. Amazing service, excellent team work and my nails and eyebrows look fantastic

Jasmine was lovely and did a super job on my nails. After cancelling my appointment because of the weather she was happy to fit me in early Saturday morning as I had a wedding that afternoon.
