I got my first haircut today at La Lucia from Kyla and she was fantastic! She took her time at the beginning, making sure that she understood what I wanted. I love my haircut and she was quick too! I was out of there in under an hour. Kyla also gave me some really helpful styling tips at the end of the appointment. She was kind, efficient, and skilled. Highly recommend!

Lucy did a fantastic job on my highlights and haircut! She was very precise and clear in her communication and is also very kind and sweet. The seat was super comfy and I was also offered a pillow to rest my arms on throughout the duration of my visit, as well as coffee, tea, and snacks. I highly recommend this salon!

I am very pleased with the service and most importantly a haircut that I actually really liked. My stylist was Andy. I will definitely return and get my haircut at this place again.

The staff were friendly and the process from haircut to coloring was very smooth. Kyla provided very simple, but great advice on keeping the hair in style.

I'm always on the brink of having a stroke, which is something really life altering for the worst. So I was really pleased to have Ryo as my hairstylist. I have never met a stylist this balanced. He communicates well in consultation and during cutting, and understands really well. He's intelligent in all dimensions and a genuine person. This is most strongly reflected in the speed with which he produces results. Second best haircut I have had in my life, in 2/3rds the time of the best, and he does more than double in 1/2 the time subpar cuts took. The man would make a great medical doctor!

I had booked a haircut and ended up having the best salon experience in vancouver. I let Chris take the decisions on my hair as I was unsure, but had split ends that needed to be trimmed. He helped me out, and recommended some solutions for my hair - which I will follow. All the staff is nice, received me with some tea and chocolate. Some scalp massage while washing my hair and style. I'll make this my recurring place to go when it comes to my hair
