Daniela is absolutely love and make you comfortable right away. She makes sure that the result is up to request. I'm personally so pleased with the result. The girls at Lotus lashes are fantastic and wee buddy is gorgeous. I loved the change of routine today. I got to lie down on a comfortable bed with a blanket and relax while getting my lashes and brows done 💕

Donna is well experienced and her salon including staff members are very welcoming. I have never loved my brows like I love them now. I would highly recommend her to anyone who want to say goodbye to all kind of brow pencils,pomades etc. Thank you Donna for making me feel pretty again.

I honestly can't get over how good I feel. First time ever being waxed and went full Hollywood. There were some areas that were absolutely fine getting your eyebrows done is worse. Other areas are a bit spicy but the afterwards I feel dolphin smooth. Rohese is just lovely, explained everything great chat she makes the experience just so much better. I stalked her social media for months before booking and she's just amazing. So inclusive so lovely as a plus sized gal I was so nervous and I've left feeling incredible.

The best experience at the The Lab Look today - went previously when it was beauty boutique and the service is second to none! Laura just knows how to do your brows to perfection. And after 3 attempts with local nail salons I know that my manicure will last me this time rather than chipping within days!!

Carleen is amazing! Best in the business, she’s so good at what she does and I couldn’t go to anyone else for my brows cause she always does them to perfection.

Keira done my hybrid lashes and brow lamination and they look amazing! Love going here for a pamper and always come out feeling fab. Keira is lovely, actually listens to what you want and always goes the extra mile to get there ☺️☺️☺️

Daniela was so nice and calm. I appreciate that she didn’t rush and really listened to what I wanted. I got signature brows and eye lash tint. She’s very technically skilled, the eyelash dye did not sting at all and the waxing/threading painless, it resulted in thick fluffy brows, thicker than I thought was possible with the hair I had, she enhanced what was there. She’s a brow architect, sculptor- an artist. I won’t be letting anyone else touch my brows.
