I cannot recommend Xen Therapy enough!! I struggle a lot with chronic pain and tightness so have been coming for monthly massages and each time feel like I’m floating on a cloud afterwards. Xen is extremely knowledgeable about the body so has easily been able to release the tension and soothe the muscle pain in my body.

I really really enjoyed my experience at Head Bath Glasgow. The only negative and please note it didn’t ruin how good it was! The staff could explain either before treatment starts or during treatment what was being done i.e shampooing, using a special designed instrument, putting heat on….. with an eye mask on I was unable to see what was being done. It was amazing and I’ll defo be booking again. The girls were lovely xx

I had the most wonderful pregnancy and head massage today and I can’t recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived I felt so well looked after and genuinely cared for. She has such a calming, kind presence and you can truly feel how much she cares about what she does. It honestly felt like being looked after by an angel. Her soul is just amazing. I left feeling relaxed, supported and so grateful for the experience. I will absolutely be back again.

I had a wonderful Nervous System Reset Massage with Sara and it was truly incredible. From start to finish the experience was calming, grounding, and deeply relaxing. Sara has such a gentle, intuitive touch and I could feel my whole body start to soften and switch out of stress mode. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and completely reset. I would highly recommend this treatment with Sara if you’re feeling overwhelmed or just need some time to properly relax and recharge.

Another fantastic experience with Margaret. I started with a hot stone back massage to relieve tension and remove the 'knots' around my shoulders. I then had a lovely hand treatment to exfoliate and inject moisture into my winter-worn hands. It was lovely to relax on the bed with my hands in the heated mitts, while Margaret gave me a pressure point head massage - bliss! I would highly recommend Margaret.

I cannot praise nor thank Shabana enough for her extra special tlc today. What a kind and genuinely caring person - qualities so often lacking in humankind these days I sought her help by booking a head massage to help alleviate pain in my shoulders, neck and head. When I described my symptoms.to Shabana she suggested the hot stone and bamboo might be a better solution and she proceeded to give me a full hours treatment with the hot stones and bamboo. I had dry flotation therapy this morning, and honestly, it was one of the most amazing experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I started, I felt completely relaxed — it was like switching off from the world in the best possible way. The whole experience felt almost out of this world, and I could really feel the stress just melt away. By the time I came out, I genuinely felt like a new person — refreshed, calm, and re-energised. I can’t recommend this enough to anyone looking to unwind and treat themselves.

The therapist was very good explaining the process to.me, checking if I would be ok with brief meditation to begin and explaining the purpose of this. I thought the set up of the space to be exceptionally professional and the environment v much helped me to relax. I almost immediately felt relief from the head massage manipulation, clearing / draining my sinuses. I slept very deeply for 15 hr afterwards and I am conscious of my need to rest for the next few days. I will definitely book this again regularly
