I have never left a salon loving my eyebrows, my normal routine is to go home and try and scrub the tint off as my eyebrows are so thick and not natural. Today I left Lux feeling so confident with my eyebrows (I have pretty poor eyebrows so to feel like this makes me so happy) Louise was so lovely and professional and what a gorgeous and fun salon she runs. Thank you louise I can’t wait to be back ! X

I honestly can't get over how good I feel. First time ever being waxed and went full Hollywood. There were some areas that were absolutely fine getting your eyebrows done is worse. Other areas are a bit spicy but the afterwards I feel dolphin smooth. Rohese is just lovely, explained everything great chat she makes the experience just so much better. I stalked her social media for months before booking and she's just amazing. So inclusive so lovely as a plus sized gal I was so nervous and I've left feeling incredible.

Héro is the loveliest woman ever and an amazing hairdresser. I get my hair cut, dyed and styled here as well as my eyebrows waxed and tinted and I love going. I change my mind about my hair all the time and Héro puts up with my nonsense but also advises me if I’m maybe being a bit too unrealistic which I need because I’m full of grand ideas! I’ve gone from green to icy blonde over the last year and we’re almost at my dream colour thanks to Héro’s expertise and patience!!!

Pauline always delivers with her treatments but for this one I wish I could give more stars! The best facial with massages I’ve had, can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely over the moon!! These brow sessions have literally changed my life! Don’t hang about anymore longer wasting money on tinting /eyebrow pencils and all that other junk! The brush strokes on my bulbs and powders tails of my brows are exactly what they were like back when I was 15, all that over plucking and bad eyebrow appointments I’ve ever had are erased forever, damage undone! Thank you Donna, you should really have a cape!

Luv luv luv my brows!!! For me I’m usually very plain when it comes to my eyebrows but decided I needed a new look and change and I put my trust in Hope who I knew would do an amazing and immaculate job with them and she did not disappoint, she knew exactly what I wanted and was so precise with the shaping and colour, the chat was great too, I felt so comfortable in the studio, which is fab btw!! I can highly recommend and will definitely be back for more treatments xx
