Scott went through everything with me advising the best course of action. I had two patch tests done and was delighted when he said he could start my treatment next week (providing there is no reaction to the patch tests) Finally, I am on the road to getting rid of this awful colour in my eyebrows 😊🙏 My appointment was on time and the treatment room was spotless!

First time seeing Kylie getting my nose done, been to her before for my lips and will only ever go to Kylie. She takes such a genuine interest in her clients, she knows exactly what she’s doing and she makes you feel comfortable and relaxed in her chair. Wouldn’t go to anyone else even though it takes me an hour and a half to get to Bournemouth! I’d recommend her to anyone.

A great experience! The whole process was easy to book, including the patch test, and everything was explained clearly from the start. Dan was fantastic throughout. It's not the most comfortable treatment, but he was really considerate, personable, and made me feel at ease. The pricing options are excellent and offer great value. The aftercare has been outstanding too. I was given clear information, and Dan even got in touch afterwards to check how I was healing. I was able to send him a photo for feedback and advice, which was really reassuring. Overall, it's been a very professional
