Highly recommend & will definitely return. Absolutely amazing massage! Was a little dubious at first but was reassured by my therapist! This wasn’t a relaxing massage but knew it wasn’t going to be but was exactly what I needed as my back neck & shoulders were totally knotted up but honestly my body felt so relaxed & loose later that afternoon with the great massage techniques! I don’t think my back, neck & shoulders have felt that loose & moveable without issue for years! I went for the full hour massage. Thank you

I had an amazing experience with Faye at Feet Up with Faye. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely at ease with her warm and professional approach. I had a microdermabrasion facial and a winter warmer massage later in a week and both are incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. Absolutely fantastic relaxing afternoon and my first time at the new salon. Such a lovely space. I had a hot stone massage with Nicole and the dermaplaning with LED light therapy. Skin looks and feels amazing and the LED is so relaxing I fell asleep within a few minutes.

As always I come away feeling so much better than when I arrived, Jason as ever very professional but there’s a sense of humour there if you need to be relaxed, difficult visiting someone new for treatment the first time but no worries at Bournemouth Sports Massage…I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
