I have lived/travelled extensively around the world, and had many treatments. Hannah's massages and facials are definitely in the top three. Her firmness and lightness of touch are nothing short of intuitive! Hannah is friendly, personable and professional. I had a massage here today and it was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The therapist was professional, welcoming, and immediately put me at ease. I arrived feeling incredibly tense and stressed, and left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. The treatment itself was one of the best massages I've ever had. The pressure was perfect, attention to detail was exceptional, and every area of tension was carefully worked on. The environment was calm, clean, and relaxing, making the whole experience even better. I can't recommend Jennie enough!

The whole experience was 5 stars! The ambience of the spa as I walked in put me into a relaxed state before the massage even began. Jenny was very welcoming and took me to the room and gave clear instructions for me to get ready. The bed was soft, warm and comfortable, and the massage was excellent. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed!

The Brow Studio is really a hidden gem in Swansea. Jade is THE brow shaping artist, she’s excellent at doing her job that I’m definitely not having my eyebrows done by anyone else. She’s also very honest; when I asked to have my brows tinted Jade advised me not to because I already have thick dark brows, even though that meant less money for her, however everywhere else I’ve been to they push towards having a tint regardless whether we need it or not! I’ve become a regular at the brow studio, I’m also having facial next week, the first time with Jade and definitely another fabulous experience

I’ve gone to many waxing places over the years but never been to one more than once, until I met Sarah at the Brow Studio - Sarah is the nicest lady, makes you feel so comfortable & is chatty which helps keep your mind off the fact you’re being waxed! Will come here for all my waxing needs every time!

Would thoroughly recommend having your brows done with Rio, she is amazing. My incredibly sparse brows have never looked this great and Rio is so light handed that having them waxed actually feels like a luxury..
