Hannah and the team made us feel so welcome and relaxed. The relaxation room is gorgeous, the perfect place to chill pre/post treatment. The treatments we had were luxurious, we were in expert hands! I booked holistic heaven - back massage, Indian head massage and reflexology... It was amazing, highly recommend!! :)

I had a great experience at Urban Spa. The space is really nice with lots of thoughtful details that made it feel calm and welcoming. I had a back massage and an Indian head massage, both of which were really relaxing. I’d definitely recommend!

The new venue is beautiful. You can see how much thought and hard work has gone into it. Hannah was really friendly and made me feel so welcome, as always. She gave me the most fantastic back massage and facial. I felt so relaxed and pampered, I could have gone to sleep. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

I’ve gone to many waxing places over the years but never been to one more than once, until I met Sarah at the Brow Studio - Sarah is the nicest lady, makes you feel so comfortable & is chatty which helps keep your mind off the fact you’re being waxed! Will come here for all my waxing needs every time!

Jade has done a fantastic job on my ombré eyebrows I Love the shape not only is she a lovely person she makes sure your eyebrows are as perfect as she can. Having recently completed my powder ombré eyebrows where Jade worked her magic, I was so impressed that I went back for lip blush too, I won’t lie, the procedure and aftercare was a little tender, but Jade is an absolute pro at making you feel relaxed. Now in the last year of my 50’s I now have some definition to my brows and lips and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I ummed and ahhed for a while before taking the plunge, but I am so glad I did. I cannot recommend Jade and her team highly enough. Thank you Jade X
