Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

I have been having facials, brows, waxing and the odd pedicure at Angela Louise now for over a year! Wouldn’t go anywhere else. She’s friendly and professional. She always make me feel comfortable and relaxed! She intuitively knows if I want a chatty conversation or something more relaxing. If I’ve had a busy / hard or stressful time her facials are my go to stress relief. I have always been abit self conscious about waxing but Angela makes me feel comfortable by keeping me chatty and calm! Highly recommend. 😌

Guys, if you need a hairy back waxing and want the suffering to be over quickly. Anita is brilliant and is like lightening with the waxing strips! Ready for holiday now and can defiantly recommend the service here.

Anita is so quick at waxing my back and shoulders. I used to dread it at a previous venue as it would always be a slow and painful expereince but the 1st time here, I just couldn't believe the speed it was done at. I would recommend to try here very highly.

The Hollywood wax was equally impressive. The treatment was carried out with such care and attention, making me feel completely comfortable throughout. I had my first experience with waxing and gel nails at Lotus today. The entire process was fantastic, the staff were welcoming, the salon was clean and airy, and the treatments were delivered to a high standard. I had Hollywood waxing for the first time, and the beautician explained the process and used breathing techniques to reduce my anxiety and discomfort, which worked very well. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.
