Lucy gave the best neck shoulder back massage for my problems around the base of my skull. Lucy was attentive gentle but firm and checked regularly I was ok. Emma gave me an extremely pleasant prenatal massage that helped my whole body relax. The whole session was wonderfully relaxing and deeply releasing. The space itself is beautiful, and the amazing scents in the room gave everything an extra layer of calm. Emma is warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Amazing! So worth a visit, the staff at Balm were really helpful, and Emma is a great therapist too. She was super helpful when I had an awkward pain in the rib owing to my pregnancy and she helped me to get comfortable in a supported position with cushions so I could still enjoy a massage. I haven't been that level of relaxed in a long time, it was just what I need. Highly recommend.

My appointment with Kelly was for a leg and bikini wax. However, I was feeling quite emotional and asked if she could do a back massage instead. Of course, Kelly was really lovely and said of course she could. It was absolutely what I needed and I felt a whole lot better afterwards. I can’t recommend the Hair and Beauty Gallery enough.

I was only in Warwick for one night for a 60th birthday so I booked in with Kelly for a wash and blow dry before the event. She is such a lovely lady who did a fantastic job on my hair. If I lived in the area, I would be more than happy to have her as my go-to hairdresser :-)
