My appointment with Kelly was for a leg and bikini wax. However, I was feeling quite emotional and asked if she could do a back massage instead. Of course, Kelly was really lovely and said of course she could. It was absolutely what I needed and I felt a whole lot better afterwards. I can’t recommend the Hair and Beauty Gallery enough.

Charlee made me feel so at ease, she did such a great job and made sure I was always as comfortable as possible. She was extremely gentle and thorough throughout the wax, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and comfortable.
