⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a back massage with the hot stone add-on today, and it was absolutely wonderful. Louise is such a lovely lady – warm, professional, and really put me at ease. The massage itself was deeply relaxing, with the perfect amount of pressure throughout. The hot stones added an extra level of comfort and helped melt away all the tension in my back. I left feeling refreshed, calm, and cared for. Highly recommend!

My back pain is feeling so much better after having floated around and napped for an hour. Great facility with private shower in the pod suite, access to hairdryer and ability to hire towels if needed.

Finally meet someone that has alot of knowledge on the things that we dont get told about and that I also love to talk about. Lucy gave the best neck shoulder back massage for my problems around the base of my skull. Lucy was attentive gentle but firm and checked regularly I was ok. Highly recommend any one to go with muscular skeletal pain. Thank you x

Louise is absolutely amazing! I see her regularly for back and full body massages, and every session is incredible. She has the perfect touch — firm where needed and deeply relaxing throughout. Louise always takes the time to understand what I need and tailors each massage perfectly. I leave feeling lighter, tension-free, and completely rejuvenated. Truly the best beauty therapist in the region — couldn’t recommend her more!

I was only in Warwick for one night for a 60th birthday so I booked in with Kelly for a wash and blow dry before the event. She is such a lovely lady who did a fantastic job on my hair. If I lived in the area, I would be more than happy to have her as my go-to hairdresser :-)

Sheri was lovely ! I avoid beauty salons at all costs but desperately needed to get rid of the knots in my back and shoulder. I loved my visit! The ultra red sauna was fab. But the float tank was amazing. I was a bit nervous about the tank itself, but needn’t have been, it was spacious and felt so safe and relaxing. I fully involved myself in the process and found the whole experience so relaxing and wonderful. Really hoping it could help with my chronic pain issues. Def want to come back.

Absolutely fantastic first experience at Spa Float Therapy. I came out of the pod with a significant release of tension from my lower back which I'd been holding for the past 2 months. Amrit made me feel very comfortable and welcome throughout the whole experience, and was happy to answer all the questions I had about this unique and powerful form of therapy. I had my first ever massage with Emma, I needed a quick and effective help for my back as it was hurting really bad. Emma made me feel comfortable and taken care of. She explained to me, what would be done during the treatment. I left feeling so much better and pampered to the point where I didn’t want to leave! Surely it’s not my last time visiting Balm and Emma for more relax :)
