I was really lucky to get a walk-in appointment. CiCi did my hair, and she was amazing. She listened to what I wanted and created a style to suit the in-between phase my hair was in so that it'll grow out well. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Added bonus, they're dog friendly! I'll definitely be going back to Level Hair and Beauty in Ryde again. It's always a little daunting going to a new for the first time, plus a long time; but I can definitely recommend giving Level Hair and Beauty a go. I was very happy! 2nd time coming back whilst on holiday and will always come back in future when here for a holiday. Helped so much with persistent shoulder, back, and neck pain I had. Very friendly and talkative before and after with quiet during the massage to allow you to fully relax and enjoy the experience.

Claire was lovely as always. I enjoyed my body massage and felt very relaxed. Will come back soon.
