Honestly the best massage I have ever had. I had a very tight and tense back and Lynne ensured that I did not leave feeling the same pain as I walked in with. Her techniques were amazing and she made me feel super comfortable throughout. Thank you so much for the most wonderful relaxing time. I have had a lot of massages in the past but this was the best one I've had. Every muscle group was worked with each spot being hit. After a recent new gym routine I have added to my life, this was much needed. I feel fresh, relaxed, soothed and calm. Despite me not being from the area I will definitely be back. The fact that Lynn isn't fully booked surprised me as she is amazing. I booked a 45 minute massage that lasted an hour (again)! You'd think being in town and so close to the main road that the traffic would disturb you but you can't hear it. Going to tranquility is unlike the corporate massage you get at places like bannatynes. Instead you are greeted with a calm space filled with plants and crystals. I am looking forward to going back as this massage has added at least an inch to my height!! Thank you lynn!!

Really lovely environment. Very soothing and relaxing. The therapist couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating. So much so that I had extra treatments on the day added! Very impressed with the waxing products. The therapist had a gentle way about her and it was pain-free. A great all-round experience. Looking forward to my new go-to salon for pampering. Thank you!

Billie is absolutely fantastic. It was my first time getting my brows and lashes done and Billie was so kind, patient and reassuring. Billie is wonderful. The best pedicure I have had in Hastings. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Billie squeezed me in last minute for a back,neck and shoulder massage, as I had been up all night with neck and shoulder pain. Billie worked her magic and I’m now able to move neck without it hurting. Billie offered great aftercare advice once the massage had finished. I couldn’t recommend Billie enough, she’s amazing!

It’s a professional service in a lovely salon. The waxing was fairly quick, we had a good chat in the meantime that didn’t effect the duration of the treatment. Clean, tidy environment with well equipped facilities. I’m very happy and will be back. Definitely recommend 👍
