Fiona adopts a holistic, person led, calming approach & she accurately pinpointed particularly knotted, problem areas that I suffer from. I also suffer from intense anxiety which often affects my ability to relax, however, Fiona’s sensitivity towards me, enabled me to totally feel at peace with myself & in so doing I was able to enjoy the experience not only for the physical benefits but also, just as important, for the mental benefits too.
