Milena is wonderful. I’ve spent my whole adult life terrified of waxing due to feeling insecure and my review comes from the perspective of someone who was terrified of being so vulnerable and exposed. From the get go she made me feel reassured. Milena is truly amazing at what she does and her confidence in her skills made the whole experience beyond comfortable. If you’re feeling unsure (especially if it is your first time) I would highly recommend Milena. You are in good hands with her and I honestly can’t recommend her enough.

Zuzana is very professional, highly skilled,always maintains excellent hygiene standards. Her calm and friendly nature makes every visit a pleasant experience. I get a Brazilian wax every 5 weeks and have done for years, and Zuzana genuinely gave me the best wax I’ve ever had. She’s so warm and welcoming and made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I arrived. The salon itself was spotless, really relaxing, and parking was easy too which was a bonus. The wax itself was super comfortable - Zuzana uses hot wax and was so efficient. Her attention to detail was incredible. I rebooked my regular appointment straight away with her (and some other services too) because I was so impressed. Highly recommend - thank you 💖🥰

It was lovely to meet Sam today. My whole experience of the Japanese head spa was amazing 🤩 I was a little nervous at first when she asked about the ear candles as iv never had them before but she reassured me and I’m glad she did, I felt so relaxed.
