Aiko is exceptional ! Her UV lashes once on will not come off ! Mine last me over 7 weeks - they gone on quickly and come off slowly . Aiko is very attention to detail and is so very friendly and very accommodating . I cannot recommend highly enough if you want lashes in Derby she is the one & I live in Manchester

I've been visiting Zuzana for some time now and would wholeheartedly recommend her. She is a lovely person - very welcoming, puts me at ease and is very skilled and hard working. I always feel relaxed and so much better after one of Zuzana’s excellent treatments. I initially gave her a try as she is local and had good reviews - and she is now my ‘go to’ for all beauty treatments, for eyebrow tinting (the best I’ve ever had done) and facials (my skin has never felt better).

Zuzana always takes the time to explain each step of the different beauty treatments and actively seeks feedback regarding the strength of procedures, such as microcurrent treatments for example. Having been a client for over ten years, during which I've tried powder brows, microneedling, many different facials, and more, I truly admire Zuzana's dedication to her professional development. She continues to invest in herself by attending various seminars and training courses to ensure she provides the best possible service.

Zuzana was a very welcoming beautician with a warm and friendly personality. She listened carefully to my concerns about having my eyebrows waxed, especially as I have sensitive skin, and made the whole experience very comfortable. Zuzana used a gentle wax and a technique that made the treatment virtually painless, and she finished with soothing aloe vera as part of the aftercare. She is clearly a perfectionist when it comes to shaping eyebrows, and I’m extremely pleased with the results as well as the overall experience. I would highly recommend her. :)

Libby has been doing my brows, lashes and facials for about four years now, and honestly she’s completely transformed not just how I look, but how I feel about myself. The level of care and attention to detail she puts into everything is unreal, and I’m always so impressed with the results! Her new salon is also gorgeous; it has a really elevated, calming feel that just makes the whole experience even more incredible.

Working my way through every treatment on offer. 🤣 The Carbon Facial was just like having a little heat on your face in short bursts. Skin is noticeably brighter, feels firmer and soft to touch. Pores look loads better already after 1 session. Definitely have another and worth the money. 10/10
