Pola was a joy to be with as always, very professional and friendly. Always catching up with her on my life and typical girly chat. Makes me feel very comfortable and always has me laughing. I don’t go anywhere else for my wax as I’ve gone to the Sajna in Clapham before and they wasn’t as patient and light handed during the wax as Pola is. She deserves recognition as she always leaves me feeling fresh and coming back every 6 weeks for my next appointment. Pola deserves 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Absolutely love my new hair. Romi really listened to what I wanted & kept checking in to make sure I was happy with the length. He also went to the extra effort of styling my hair with straighteners so it looked amazing & not just a standard blow dry. Love it!
