Lovely owner. Great service. I am a tourist over from the UK so was nervous about getting a wax from someone other than my regular one. I walked to the salon from Carlisle Bay but recommend getting a bus or taxi if you don’t like walking. Owner sent directions before apt with detailed instructions. Got a very warm welcome and she even cut my partners hair whilst he waited and put on paw patrol for my daughter. Wax was the exact same as back home. They listened to what my normal service was like and replicated it.

Tiffany was very warm and welcoming but more importantly, very knowledgeable. The pain of waxing was eased with laughter and good conversation. She also kept checking to make sure that I was comfortable every step of the way. Would recommend to anyone!!!

I booked a full brazilian maintenance , 1st time sugaring but I'm use to waxing It was wayyyyy less pain , she was Friendly, talked you through it , Perfessional, as soon as I arrived for my appointment she was ready so no waiting or delays And let me tell you when I say she got ever hair ... she got ever hair !!!!! As a first timer when it comes to sugaring, I had to idea what to expect besides pain. While I did experience pain, the experience wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. Kimberly was attentive, honest, and understanding throughout the entire process and I actually had no idea she started until we were done one arm. She made me feel comfortable and she also showed her knowledge about what she was doing, which let me know I was in good hands.
