Overall amazing experience!! Shané is very knowledgeable and walked me through each stage of the everything facial as she performed the service, the studio was very clean, inviting and private, Shané was very professional and it was so relaxing I fell asleep, but I woke up looking like a million bucks. Tina was so knowledgeable about general physiology that she was able to understand how an underlying condition i had affected my skin and work to suit. She's also extremely personable and made me feel so very comfortable with my bikini wax, i might let her do a brazilian next time and i SWORE i could never show myself to a tech like that, she made me feel THAT comfortable. In a nutshell - kind, efficient, great quality and price.

I booked a full brazilian maintenance , 1st time sugaring but I'm use to waxing It was wayyyyy less pain , she was Friendly, talked you through it , Perfessional, as soon as I arrived for my appointment she was ready so no waiting or delays And let me tell you when I say she got ever hair ... she got ever hair !!!!! Khadijah was wonderful, professional and gentle. She made sure to discuss my preferences before and during the procedure to make sure the service was tailored to my needs. I had a brow wax and tint, she was alot more gentle with the wax than im used to lol ... she was very precise with the brow mapping and the shape of my brows was great. Will have to update on the colour and longevity of the tint in another post! Great job!

It was way easier and painless to waxing. However, what made is also great was the young lady that conducted the sugaring. She was nice and explained what she was doing every step of the way. Great customer skills. Very pleasant. Loved it and the end results. Cannot wait to return again.
