My experience at All about you the spa is always a great one, the staff is very nice and knowledgeable in their different fields, and I love the ambience as well. Had a deep tissue massage today with Cassandra Forde and I felt sooo much relief when she was doing my neck, shoulders, lower back and my calves, I felt the tight spots released 😅. I would recommend anyone to visit the spa, they wouldn't regret it at all. 👍👍

This was my first time at RenewU and the total experience was awesome. I enjoyed my back and neck message. Kimberlina ensure that the pressure applied was just right. I felt all my tension releasing. Now let's talk about the foot scrub, it was sooooo nice and the machine that then massages your toes and bottom foot was a welcoming and surprising touch as I've never seen that at any other spa. Don't have to tell you that I'll definitely be back! My friend and I both enjoyed our experience and invite you to get your pampering on at RenewU Total Body Care!!!

Exceptional Service!!! I Booked A Swedish Massage... As a starter.... Location is just right.... The area is quiet and very tranquil... We were welcomed very nicely and it was a nice cozy and wonderful experience.... The massage was amazing! Attention to areas of tension and strain and they made me feel at home... Definitely a 5 star experience for me and I'll be back shortly... Kiani is great, we started the appointment talking about my pain and the history of it. She was very informative about what could be the cause, what areas she would focus on for the massage and advised on steps I should take following the appointment. The massage was amazing, naturally came with a bit of discomfort due to my built up tension in the area but I could feel a difference immediately once those knots were relieved. Thank you Kiani!

I JUST WANT TO SAY THIS IS MY FIRST TIME GETTING WAXED AND I WENT IN EXPECTING TO BE IN A WHOLE LOT OF PAIN BUT IN REALITY IT WASN'T AT WHAT I WAS EXPECTING. My experience was good and God willing I will be back. Just one thing to note. I think the order in which things were done could have been different and the experience should have started with the neck and shoulder massage first to get the client relaxed as well as I thought the with the massage I would have been lying on my stomach. Then, it should continue with the brow wax and then the lashes. However, overall it was a lovely experience and Derica is very knowledgable and understanding.

Tina has gentle hands and a pleasant demeanour. She made me comfortable from the get go and that’s why I always go back!!! I highly recommend her as a service professional.

The page doesn't have enough stars for me to give to Keisha. Excellent costumer service from day 1 back in 2023 your comfort is her #1 priority. Professionalism on point its almost 3 years and counting I have been a client is a clear sign you wouldn't regret going to her.

Overall it was great. There was some pain but more gain.

To know me is to know that i cannot handle any time of pain. i HATE pain! when i got there the first thing i said was “is it going to hurt?” the only thing that kept me on that bed was her honesty. i got my 😻 sugared and boy was it amazing! Her patience was it for me! I love her. She is my bestie, lmao. i felt safe and comfortable and that was my FIRST time! she makes the pain easy!! and she is 100% friendly and professional.
