I had a great experience serviced by Zara- I had an IPL done and would definitely recommend her! Easy to find location, enough street parking around, clean and light Clinic. Zara is very professional and easy to talk to! Wold be back there soon.

There were two people there. One was the girl who works for the owner. She was honest and told me the benefits of my tiredness. The place is clean. I just felt that, in the end, the owner wanted to grab my money, which was fair from a business perspective. She was friendly and did not pressure me to buy the complete package. The hook I saw on Instagram was good. I paid a bit more, of course some part of the amount were taxes.

Zohreh is a star! She has amazing laser skills. If you have acne scars, pores skin texture and even fine lines, she is your best bet. I had 5 Pixel laser done and each and every time I see my scars fading away. So excited for an appointment every time. Plus it's no pain and just mild discomfort procedure. She will also advise on proper skincare and post care. And the prices are so reasonable. 👌

The location is difficult to find and initially I was concerned that it didn't exist because very poor signage. It was a very good facial and very comfortable environment but the staff are young with limited experience and not extremely knowledgable in skincare. The consultation at the end is somewhat informative but also a membership push but not too aggressive. It is a "franchised" company from Manitoba so concerned that it may not have "staying power" because their other Vancouver location closed. Somewhat hesitate to commit to a long term membership.

I've seen so much improvement. I've probably had about 20 appointments by now and I feel so much stronger. I use the student discount card to get my packages for much less. The student prices aren't on the app, so you have to tell them when you're in the office. This place is always so clean and smells so amazing. There's an awesome view of the butterfly building across the street. I've really seen a change in my mood and energy since I've been going. I've mainly been getting the EM slim but I've also used the cavitation to reduce my fat. I highly recommend this place. They're so nice too!

The doctor who treated me was so professional. We discussed in great detail about my facial concerns and he made suggestions and we css as me up with a plan together. His bedside manner was top notch.

This is my favourite spa by far and I’m very picky! I walk in stressed and leave floating on clouds every time. Very clean, smells amazingly and very professional.
