The ambiance is fantastic. They are very friendly and accommodating to all. Love that It’s private, perfect for beginners, couples, and pros who wants to train at peace. We booked a session for 2 with coach Paul, and immediately booked our advance 12 session with him. You can really see the difference that they focus on quality with their staff. DAOL Wellness hospitality is unmatched. Highly recommended private gym with a premium cold plunge in BGC, Taguig city.

Riza was fabulous and excellent in her job. I don't have to worry anymore about my lashes. She knows the perfect lashes for me. 10 out of 10. I rated good almost tempted to rate okay since I did had my mani made and unfortunately the girl who did my nails went too far... had a deep wound on my finger that kept bleeding even hours after my cleaning. I might skip any nail service moving forward and just focus on getting my eye lashes 🤔

Nothing itched or was painful. She was quick at doing my lashes. Very comfortable and trustworthy with designing the style of your lashes. Will come back to Leah for my retouch!

Paul was kind, informative, and very reassuring throughout my overall health assessment. When I started feeling dizzy, he thoughtfully offered me some chocolate and checked on me, which made me feel well cared for. I really appreciated his support, especially since it was my first visit.

Very clean, modern and spacious with a good selection of machines, squat racks and free weights. It wasn’t too busy and I was able use all the equipment I wanted to. I went for a casual visit and it was quite reasonably priced also. Would go back for sure.

Booked a trial pass with Coach Paul, and the experience was superb! He was very hands on and you can really see and feel his expertise. It shows that he knows what he is doing and teaching. From the pre workout drink, the delicious free protein shake, and up to the cold plunge and shower, you can really feel the VIP treatment given by the gym. It was an awesome experience! Daol Wellness isn’t like your Traditional Gym. As soon as you enter, you can see that the place is beautifully and brightly designed.
