I had my first appointment at the salon and it was such a great experience! The beautician who helped me was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Unshaaf is such a gem. Sweet, gentle and makes every effort to ensure her clients are comfortable, warm (in this cold weather), and relaxed. Her gentle, yet thorough, approach during my 2.5 hours means I get to doze off. AND, I am never moaned at for my snoring (my husband says I snore. What a loser!). I have been using Unshaaf's services for years, and I highly recommend her. Her home-based salon is also quaint, neat, easy on the eye and VERY cozy. I love every minute I spend with her. You rock, beauty queen.

What an absultely pleasant experience. I am a plus size woman and had a lot going on down there after not waxing for 4 months so needless to say new therapist and long hair in a sensitive area I was nervous for my hollywood. Bernadette was kind, gentle and thorough and also shaped my brows beautifully. I have found my new therapist and its close to my home. Thank you Bernadette I will definately be back!

It was my first appointment with Leigh and what a phenomenal service from the get go. From accommodating me with the change of time , professionalism and knowledge of skincare products and treatments to waxing techniques. Not to mention how super quick she is and you still leave walking out with pain free legs, no skin reactions, a hair , no wax residue . Instead you get leaving there filled with smiles and smooth legs.

One thing about Beauty Collective is that their clients’ satisfaction comes first! Sarah has religiously always done my brows because she knows how I like them done however, this time she was not able to see me. I was left in the very capable hands of Mecayla who just started at the salon. She was super friendly and has ample experience. My treatments were amazing, especially the head massage during my dermaplaning. Sarah also checked in to make sure I was well taken care of because she knows how I am about my brows. I cannot wait to return when I’m back in Cape Town! Thank you xx

First time coming to Bella Rose was very welcoming, friendly and relaxing even though I get anxiety going to hairdressers . Awesome experience, and also Nawaal does a hair consultation, asking questions about the problematic areas etc to determine what's the best treatment for your hair! My hair is looking healthy, feeling soft and smelling amazing!

Nawaal has done an amazing job and recommendation when I wanted to go from natural curls to blow drying. She sat me down firstly getting to understand what it is that I actually wanted in terms of, if I wanted to go completely straight or if I wanted to be able to have a go between the 2.
