Nadia was wonderful! She made me feel welcome and relaxed as soon as I entered the salon. The waxing was quick but thorough, and she kept checking I was ok during the whole treatment. I would highly recommend and I think I've found my new wax lady 🙂

I had two treatments with Shannon over consecutive days. Press therapy and a facial. She took great care to explain the treatments and what to expect. She tailored the facial which I really appreciated. Great salon and very calming. I’ll visit again when I’m next in Plymouth.

The very best experience at Flow . Highly professional. Very kind and friendly ladies, who make you feel extremely welcome . Hen was not only incredibly professional but also so friendly and welcoming – she really knows her stuff and made me feel totally confident in her hands. My brows have NEVER looked this good – the shape, the precision, the attention to detail… she’s honestly a brow genius. I can’t stop looking at them! 😍

I had the most wonderful CACI SIGNATURE NON-SURGICAL FACIAL TONING & JOWL LIFT with Claire yesterday. It was my first treatment at the salon and Claire was so warm, welcoming and friendly and completely put me at ease. She explained in great detail about the treatment and it was so relaxing - I enjoyed every second of it. I will definitely be returning to have a full course of the treatment and look forward to the monthly top up treatments. I recommend Claire 1 million % 😁

My 16 yo daughter has her waxing with Nadia. She describes her as ‘really lovely’ and always compliments my eyebrows. I can see Nadia does an excellent job on her brows and top lip, my daughter is now a regular. Very reasonably priced in a beautiful salon too

Discovered Forbes No.2 on the Fresha app and booked last minute for intimate waxing. I was nervous as had a few bad experiences with different places. This lady was amazing, put me at ease, we chatted throughout and I have now booked in regular appointments through summer. It’s good to find someone who works evenings and weekends when you are a shift worker!!
