It was very easy to book my appointment online. When I arrived Avril offered me a glass of Mint water; which was perfect as I'd walked up to the Salon on a very warm day. Treatment was exactly as I wanted in a lovely relaxing environment.

I had two treatments with Shannon over consecutive days. Press therapy and a facial. She took great care to explain the treatments and what to expect. She tailored the facial which I really appreciated. Great salon and very calming. I’ll visit again when I’m next in Plymouth.

Lauren is so knowledgeable and incredible at what she does. She has been so helpful, looking at all the factors that can contribute to skin health, not just what can be done in the salon. Everything is tailored to the individual. It's definitely not a case of picking an "off the shelf" facial and sending you on your way. I cannot thank her enough.

Nadia was wonderful! She made me feel welcome and relaxed as soon as I entered the salon. The waxing was quick but thorough, and she kept checking I was ok during the whole treatment. I would highly recommend and I think I've found my new wax lady 🙂

I had an amazing experience with Avril at Beauty Within. I had multiple appointments for different services (massage, manicure, pedicure, brow lamination, lashes and some waxing). Avril was exceptional at everything and I feel totally pampered and beautified 🥰 all the staff here are friendly and welcoming. Beauty within also runs extremely well operationally, all my appointments were on time and I found Avril to be super efficient and professional. I am super happy with the service and would definitely recommend.

I had the most wonderful CACI SIGNATURE NON-SURGICAL FACIAL TONING & JOWL LIFT with Claire yesterday. It was my first treatment at the salon and Claire was so warm, welcoming and friendly and completely put me at ease. She explained in great detail about the treatment and it was so relaxing - I enjoyed every second of it. I will definitely be returning to have a full course of the treatment and look forward to the monthly top up treatments. I recommend Claire 1 million % 😁

She carries out treatments with care and expertise- I had the hydra facial, which was an absolute treat. Reanne talked me through each part of the process, so I was kept informed of what to expect and what the benefits are. My 16 yo daughter has her waxing with Nadia. She describes her as ‘really lovely’ and always compliments my eyebrows. I can see Nadia does an excellent job on her brows and top lip, my daughter is now a regular. Very reasonably priced in a beautiful salon too

Sandra keeps everything well organised and clean at her salon. Had my brows shaped and tint I get the same shape every time with the utmost perfection. Love this place and its atmosphere. Thanks Sandra your the best!!!
