After booking my appointment. I received a very warm welcome. Melanie was very friendly, and offered me refreshment. She explained who my consultant was and introduced to Lisa. I had the Vampire Plasma treatment done and Lala was extremely thorough, gentle, and attentive from start to finish. Her attention to detail and the care she takes is outstanding. You can tell she genuinely wants the best results for her clients and takes great pride in her work. The whole experience was fantastic and I felt in very safe hands. I would highly recommend Lala to anyone considering treatment — she is amazing at what she does!
