After booking my appointment. I received a very warm welcome. Melanie was very friendly, and offered me refreshment. She explained who my consultant was and introduced to Lisa. Lisa spent time asking questions as to what my concerns were. I left feeling much better informed with options of further assistance. Thank you Verve.

I wasn't sure what to expect. Some good advice and quite relaxing. The follow up relaxation track is great to have. Natalie is personable. Minor negative was I found it difficult to get comfortable in the chairs unless laid down which isn't really appropriate for the discussion half of the session, great though for the relaxation element.

There is no one like Leila! So professional! She gives the best care and takes the time to understand what you want. She’s so knowledgeable and honest with a keen eye for detail! I always walk out glowing !
