I had an excellent experience working with this therapist. They are compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly invested in their clients’ growth. They created a safe and understanding space where I felt comfortable opening up, and their support helped me work through issues I once thought I never could. I wasn't sure what to expect. Some good advice and quite relaxing. The follow up relaxation track is great to have. Natalie is personable. Minor negative was I found it difficult to get comfortable in the chairs unless laid down which isn't really appropriate for the discussion half of the session, great though for the relaxation element.
