I had such a lovely experience at this head spa. The environment was calm and really relaxing. Vee was amazing, attentive, polite, and explained everything clearly, which made me feel completely at ease. The scalp analysis was thorough and the massage was incredible. She was also so friendly and easy to talk to, which really made the experience. I would definitely recommend and will be coming back again.

Today I had a lymphatic and wood therapy full body massage, with the add on of facial lymphatic and sculpt, wow what can I say! Charlotte takes the time to understand exactly what I wanted and work more on my problem areas, without leaving out anything else. she doesn’t rush a single thing and takes her time making you feel like your the only person that matters, her extensive knowledge, experience and professionalism is what will continue to keep bringing me back. I had the deluxe Japanese Head Spa which I've had before and which never disappoints. The experience is blissful and feels like hours of care and comfort. Charlotte provides the moat wonderful service and is the best therapist I've been to. I highly recommend and can't wait for my next treatment.

Had the Ultimate Japanese Head Spa treatment today, it was absolutely incredible - better than the videos honestly! My hair feels amazing, my face feels amazing..overall I just feel amazing. Honestly blown away by this treatment! Just had the lymphatic drainage facial with Charlotte and the immediate difference in my skin is incredible. Still such a relaxing experience as always but the way you can feel the effects of this so quickly has really blown my mind. Can't recommend this enough! Cant wait to book in again soon! Xx

I’ve been to Lily before and can honestly say that she has always been very professional and yet relaxed and very engaging. The treatment room was very clean and modern. Really enjoyed my visit. Lily is very easy to get on with. I would definitely recommend her and I will be using her again.
