I'm so glad I finally got back for another float, it genuinely is one of the best things I've done. The floating spa is so calm and the facilities are excellent with everything you need and no fuss. I personally adore the float pods, I left feeling so relaxed and calm, far more refreshed than even a good night's sleep. Staff are so kind and friendly and somehow even managed to remember me after a nearly 2 year gap. I really would highly recommend

First time visiting Charnel at Seasonal Glo and was welcomed with the biggest hug and smiling face, instantly felt at ease! Charnel had a chat with me to find out what I was looking to get out my session and went on to give me the best aromatherapy full body and Indian head massage (not just washing machine rubbing - pin pointed tension release) ending with an ice globes add on - 100% recommend! My first time floating. I'd had a stressful day and a stressful journey into Birmingham, but the host immediately put me at ease and made the whole thing stress-free. Once in the tank it took me maybe 20 minutes to settle into the experience, which ultimately I found relaxing beyond measure. I lost track of time, and space. I didn't fall asleep but I did space out a bit. I tried the lights but ultimately preferred the darkness. To keep the air from getting too hot I left the lid open a little. Highly recommend everyone to try this.
