Nav (owner, operator) consistently exceeds expectations. Competitive pricing, consistent (and clean) amenities, comprehensive introductions for newcomers, and a calm relaxing space to unwind afterwards. It might be the only place to float in Birmingham City Centre but if it wasn’t it would probably still be the best! If you’ve gotten used to floating in the isopod in other spas around the world, you’ll be pleased with floating here!

I'm so glad I finally got back for another float, it genuinely is one of the best things I've done. The floating spa is so calm and the facilities are excellent with everything you need and no fuss. I personally adore the float pods, I left feeling so relaxed and calm, far more refreshed than even a good night's sleep. Staff are so kind and friendly and somehow even managed to remember me after a nearly 2 year gap. I really would highly recommend

I visited the floating spa with a friend. It was a truly special experience. We had no idea what to expect, we were made so welcome, and everything was explained to us. Taking time in the relaxation area before your session starts is encouraged and is such a calming environment. The floating experience is a must for everyone. I have never felt so relaxed, and couldn’t believe how much tension my body was holding on too. I felt amazing afterwards and we have booked our next visit already!

My first float and was an amazing experience. Allow 2 hours on your first visit because you get to understand how it all works. It’s a very relaxed environment and my wife got to see the pod and relax with a book while I immersed for an hour. I did go straight in to full darkness and no sound and after teaching my body to relax the upper body, time just fell away. Highly recommend

Cant recommend it enough and felt totally relaxed 😌 following the hour of total removal from the world! Thanks Nav and have already booked my 2nd float 🌞🌞

First time visiting Charnel at Seasonal Glo and was welcomed with the biggest hug and smiling face, instantly felt at ease! Charnel had a chat with me to find out what I was looking to get out my session and went on to give me the best aromatherapy full body and Indian head massage (not just washing machine rubbing - pin pointed tension release) ending with an ice globes add on - 100% recommend! I asked to have my shoulders back down from my ears and am the most relaxed I’ve been in forever. So ready for my next session! Thank you so much ❤️

I had my first intimate wax with Charnel and honestly, I couldn’t recommend her more. I went in not knowing her at all, and by the end of the appointment it genuinely felt like we’d been friends for years. She made me feel so relaxed and comfortable from start to finish, And the biggest surprise… it was practically painless!!! I didn’t believe the reviews before I went, but now I completely get it. Lovely place. I was given lots of time to get comfortable with my surroundings as I was going to be in a vulnerable state while in the pod. It was a lovely experience, and I will definitely be going back for another session. I came out feeling refreshed, relaxed, hungry and tired. I am hoping for a good nights sleep tonight!

It felt a bit strange at first, once I got use to it I relaxed. A good time to think of nothing and have some me time. That evening after my morning float I went to my bed around 8:30 pm and I slept very well to awaken feeling refreshed and ready for the day ahead.
