A little more time to slow down. This longer session gives you space to really drop in — for deeper detox, muscle recovery, or just some much-needed quiet. The lighting is low and calming and smells like Palo Santo. It’s your time to stretch, sweat, reflect, or simply rest.

What’s included:

Please bring:
– A towel for showering (or hire one for $3)
– Swimwear
