Today was my first time visiting Hairworks. I usually go downtown Toronto near my office but I'm currently working from home. I was fortunate to have Rouba as my stylist today. My hair looks and feels incredible. She knew exactly what to do based on my short request (covid-style so we can't talk a lot). I love what she did and can honsetly say that this was the best looking blow dry I have ever had. The covid protocols were also well executed and followed. All of this for much less than what I pay at my usual stylist. Thanks for the great cut Rouba!!

Jenn was amazing, I got a mani and a facial and I feel so refreshed! She has fun colours for your nails and BIAB has made my nails feel so strong after getting a bad quality mani from another salon jenn saved my nails! Her facials are also always catered to what your skin needs!! 10/10 service and quality

Best experience with doing a facial. Kinselle was very informative and knowledgeable about every product she was using on me and was constantly checking to see if I was feeling okay during the treatment, which was so comforting and reassuring. She gave me skincare samples to help with aftercare, and my face feels amazing! I've also been going to her for Aerolase laser hair removal, and after only 2 out of my 6 sessions, my hair growth has already slowed down significantly. She's passionate and great at what she does and really cares about her clients, and I'm looking forward to my next appt!

Amazing, amazing and amazing like always! I had a facial and a hair treatment done today and both came out flawlessly. My skin feels super hydrated but also the blackheads I had were significantly reduced and my hair is super soft. Thank you to Shahana and Rouba for an amazing services yet again!

I went to get my hair cut yesterday and my hairdresser was Taj. I hadn’t had my hair cut in a while and it was quite dry. She really listened to what I requested and we did a hydrating hair treatment. She gave me a beautiful haircut and blew out my hair with lovely waves, she did such a phenomenal job and it was really a pleasure getting my hair done there. I will definitely go back!

Hairworks is my new favorite salon. Roula is a very talented hairstylist. I got balayage done with a hair cut and I absolutely love it! Got a relaxing facial from Shahana afterwards. She understood my skin concerns and breakout issues thoroughly. She provided me with the best facial for my acne-prone skin. The staff is friendly, warm, and cooperative. Pushpa is doing a great job at customer service. The highly recommend visiting this salon.

Totally recommended! My first time here. Very friendly and caring staff. Receptionist Pushpa was so sweet and kind to squeeze me in with senior stylist as I told her of my emergency to get hair dye corrected for the party tonight and want someone senior. Had aesthetic with Shabana she did an awesome facial with extra care for my sensitive skin. Senior stylist Taj did my hair colour with highlights which came out as I wanted. She was totally booked but due to my party tonight she made sure I’m satisfied and ready with trimmed, blow dried beautiful bob styled.

Returning to Reach Medspa was a no-brainer after my last experience. I even got some compliments to my nails so I came back and I played with chrome this time.
