Skyler was so kind and also so sweet. Best experience with doing a facial. Kinselle was very informative and knowledgeable about every product she was using on me and was constantly checking to see if I was feeling okay during the treatment, which was so comforting and reassuring. She gave me skincare samples to help with aftercare, and my face feels amazing! I've also been going to her for Aerolase laser hair removal, and after only 2 out of my 6 sessions, my hair growth has already slowed down significantly. She's passionate and great at what she does and really cares about her clients, and I'm looking forward to my next appt!

Jenn was amazing, I got a mani and a facial and I feel so refreshed! She has fun colours for your nails and BIAB has made my nails feel so strong after getting a bad quality mani from another salon jenn saved my nails! This was my first time ever booking with Skin & Scalp. The team was lovely and especially Zuhal who was my Scalp Ritual expert. She provided me with the best experience ever, I think at some point during my appointment I fell asleep! I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a true spa experience of full relaxation and care. She addressed all my concerns and provided me with advice on how to take better care of my scalp and hair at home. I will be coming back to Skin & Scalp to continue my treatment with Zuhal! 10/10 would recommend <3

I had a scalp facial on Saturday and the experience was wonderful from the moment I walked in; the reception was warm and welcoming right away. Nargess was absolutely lovely; she took the time to ask thoughtful questions during the consult, and then created a really calm, quiet atmosphere so I could fully unwind. Kinselle provided a very relaxing and peaceful experience. As a pregnant woman, my skin has been going through a lot of changes. Every treatment was safe and I even learned some things through pleasant conversation. She did extractions as per my request, a light and pillowy mask that smelled like a dream, and a massage that I said felt like little bunnies pouncing in a field.
