I came here for my first pedicure ever, and despite me not knowing what to do, the nail tech that worked on me was incredibly patient and did a fantastic job on my nails. They haven't looked this good in a long time and I'm very appreciative of her work 🩷

I always walk out feeling my best thanks to these ladies! This time I did my brows, lashes, and feet all at once. Diana is meticulous and expertly makes my brows and lashes look their best every time. This was my first pedicure at the studio and Olya gave me the BEST pedicure I’ve ever had in my life - nails prepped and polished to perfection, my skin has never felt more smooth. The dry pedicure is everything! Thank you Diana and Olya!!!

I live right down the street from this nail salon. I drive past it on my way home from work and I was always curious about their services. Today I decided to book and appointment and go. I did a deluxe manicure with the hot oil and massage. I believe my nail tech was Bosna (sorry if that’s wrong). She was super welcoming and friendly. I will 100% be back and will be recommended my friends and family. Keep up the good work!

The girl doing me very nice very quiet but good and listen to my concerns and I believe did all the steps of a manicure and pedicure. Near end and at end was more talkative and showed us stuff gave us knowledge very nice girl. As for my daughter's girl seemed to maybe have skipped some things through the manicure and pedicure the nail polish was sloppy. She was quiet as well. At the end opened up abit and followed my girl in showing us stuff and giving knowledge. We still gave both girls a tip each. Oh the only other thing is they didn't introduce themselves so don't know them by name.

Loved this experience!. Great job team. First time there for a girl's night out. Had a drink while getting our toes done. How awesome is that? It was delicious. Jeev was very attentive and ensured I was happy throughout the process. I had a pedicure, foot massage and shellac manicure with ombre. I highly recommend the whole experience. Nice ambiance. Reasonable prices.

Ayla is a lovely human and very open and friendly. My pedicure looks lovely and I’ve received many compliments. However, my hand massage ended up being only 7 minutes and needed to be more intentional. The Nail Hotel has a lot of potential in their business model, but it needs to be clearly advertised that drinks and specialty coffees are only available when their 1 staff member with smart serve is working. This business was specifically chosen for today for the “experience”. Owners should also reflect on their seating as they are not designed for relaxation…for either pedicures or massages.

Nav is the best! I always come to her for my nails because she does an amazing job every time. She carefully removed my old nails without causing any damage and applied the nail polish perfectly. She is professional, gentle, and pays great attention to detail. I always leave happy with beautiful nails. I highly recommend Nav to anyone looking for excellent nail services. The Nail Hotel is a gem. Friendly atmosphere, great cocktails, and prompt service. The shop is always clean and the decor is bright and inviting. My regular nail tech is Jeevan. She is incredibly talented, can replicate any style I have thrown at her and always provides great advice while working with my ideas. I always recommend this shop to anyone who asks.
