I had the most wonderful experience at this salon tonight! The ladies are both so lovely, welcoming, and genuinely kind, they make you feel calm and completely at ease from the moment you walk in. They’re incredibly knowledgeable and take such great care with every detail. I really appreciated how gentle and attentive they were throughout the whole appointment. So amazing! The attention to detail and quality of service is really unmatched. I left feeling so inlove with my nails! I really appreciate how it’s appointment based. I did not feel rushed or like an inconvenience at any point in this appointment. So glad a salon like this opened up near me!!!

I had such a good experience at 28 Shades! I was lucky enough to have both Caitlyn and Crystal do my Deluxe Rose Mani Pedi and I felt so pampered the whole time. My nails look amazing and they took such time and care to ensure it was done to the best quality imaginable. I can’t wait to go back for my next set and so happy to have found my new local nail salon! 🥰

I love my nails. They are gorgeous and the cuticles are neat and tidy I’ve never had that before at a salon. The girls are lovely, the salon is cute and clean. Definitely going to be my new place to pamper myself. They take their time to ensure you’re happy with them and don’t rush.

Don’t think I’ve ever stepped into a more stunning space, the girls there were lovely and my nails turned out better than I could imagine. Great service and very friendly staff, always send you home with your dream nails!! Highly recommend!!

The team are so polite and professional I have actually never been more happy with my nails. Already getting compliments. Treated myself and my son with such respect and you can see care for customers and the job they do.

This was my first time getting my nails done locally, and I would honestly give 10 stars if I could. Both my manicure and pedicure were taken care of so gently, and the results are beautiful. The color is stunning, the experience was comfortable, and the customer service was excellent.
