Their attention to true cuticle care (not provided by vast majority of nail salons out there) together with beautiful, on point nails created to perfection is why I have been coming to 28 Shades and would not go anywhere else. Best nail tech I have ever been to! So detailed and professional. She does the nails of pictures you take to shopping centres salons as your inspo pics, but actually gets it right! Without even needing to explain. So glad I found her 🤌🏻👏🏻

I had such a good experience at 28 Shades! I was lucky enough to have both Caitlyn and Crystal do my Deluxe Rose Mani Pedi and I felt so pampered the whole time. My nails look amazing and they took such time and care to ensure it was done to the best quality imaginable. I can’t wait to go back for my next set and so happy to have found my new local nail salon! 🥰

As always amazing, I went in sad that I had to change my set and left with amazing new amazing nails! So professional, engaging and actually care that you walk away happy, the quality is phenomenal my last set lasted 5 weeks and looked as perfect as day one, worth the expense 100% Thrilled!!!!!

I made a mistake when booking and didn’t include artwork however, I asked Caitlin for special nails for my nrl Dolphins team and she’s a superstar and gave me fabulous nails 💅 which took far more of her time.
