Kaitlyn & Krystal are truly dedicated, professional nail technicians. Their attention to true cuticle care (not provided by vast majority of nail salons out there) together with beautiful, on point nails created to perfection is why I have been coming to 28 Shades and would not go anywhere else. I had such a good experience at 28 Shades! I was lucky enough to have both Caitlyn and Crystal do my Deluxe Rose Mani Pedi and I felt so pampered the whole time. My nails look amazing and they took such time and care to ensure it was done to the best quality imaginable. I can’t wait to go back for my next set and so happy to have found my new local nail salon! 🥰

Absolutely nails it every single time. I give her 1–2 inspo pics and full creative control and she always brings my vision to life perfectly. The salon is super girly and fun too. A little on the pricey side, but 100% worth it for a treat!

Amazing!! I could. It be happier with the BIAB service I received today with Courtney. My nails have NEVER looked better-rebalanced and perfect! Clean salon, friendly, gentle staff, very well priced and immaculate attention to detail…my cuticles were so cared for! So glad I found 28 Shades-cannot recommend highly enough💖

I had the most wonderful experience at this salon tonight! The ladies are both so lovely, welcoming, and genuinely kind, they make you feel calm and completely at ease from the moment you walk in. Fantastic experience. The layout and styling of the shop is lovely, calm and fresh. Kaitlyn and Crystal are very skilled , take time to understand your needs and answer questions. Colour advice to suit your skin tone made making nail colour decisions much easier . Overall the best nail experience I have had. I will be back.
