This was my first KORE therapy . I hadn’t got a clue what it entailed . Laura explained what was happening throughout which helped me keep relaxed . Felt so reassured. All I can really say is Wow !! A very relaxing and rejuvenating session. Deep tissue massage with a spot of Reike to finish. Worth every penny and I'm already booked in for my next session.

Had an appointment with Jess for pain in my upper arm. Jess was professional and knowledgeable explaining the treatment in detail and how she was going to treat it. I felt relaxed and confident in her as a therapist. Will be rebooking highly recommend!

First time experiencing the Japanese headspa treatment today, wow, what can I say? Hayley has a true passion and obvious talent for creating special, relaxing treatments in this amazing space. She is extremely knowledgeable about her treatments and put me at ease straight away. The setting was so tranquil, calm and relax-encouraging that i could have sat (or lay ) there in heaven for the whole day - a real retreat away from the business of everyday stresses and strains. From start to finish a very professional service. Hayley did a consultation before commencing the Japanese head massage . It really is a lot more than having your hair washed, I was relaxed from the very beginning, A fabulous treatment .

The most relaxing and comforting massage. As an athlete, Jess listened to my needs and expressed her knowledge into the massage, really focusing on muscles that needed some R&R. I highly recommend Jess and will be booking in more regularly. Thank you so much :)
