I can’t recommend Rio highly enough. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease. Rio is professional, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable. The massage was one of the best I’ve ever had – the perfect balance of firm pressure and relaxation, with great attention to the areas that needed the most work. I left feeling refreshed, looser, and with far less tension than when I arrived. Chloe, gave me a much needed deep muscle tissue massage in the week before my half ironman. It helped me achieve a fantastic time! Then the day after the race i had a hot stones massage to aid recovery, which definitely worked. I continue to highly recommend Chloe.

I always feel safe and comfortable when I visit Dave for a sports massage. He is fun and friendly, very kind and extremely knowledgeable and great at his job! He goes beyond 100% with his advice and support and I don't know what I would do without him!

Calvin managed to find the places causing me pain and worked on them very effectively. I feel looser and more relaxed and the twinge in my back seems to have gone as well so I’m more than happy with his service. He also gave me some useful exercises to help me further. Great job Calvin!

Initially I was so nervous never having a sports massage and meeting Calvin for the first time! I really didn’t need to worry Calvin was professional and instantly made me feel at ease!!
