I visited for a Swedish massage and reflexology. I arrived feeling stressed however the entire experience was calming and incredible from the very start and I came out feeling totally different. Natalia’s energy was amazing - kind and deeply calming. The room was exceptionally comfortable, and every detail contributed to a truly relaxing experience. I felt completely at ease and even fell asleep during the reflexology, which says everything about how relaxing it was. I booked a lymphatic drainage massage with Katie to help manage histamine intolerance and mast cell activation syndrome symptoms on holistically. Katie is lovely and very professional she talked me through the process and explained how the massage would work, how I would feel then gave tips for after care. The massage was very gentle and soothing which was what my body needs. I felt very relaxed when I got home and slept really well whereas other massages like deep tissue and Swedish have left me feeling stimulated and very sore the next day.

The best massage ever! I hightly recommend.. I walk in so tense and sore but walk out so much more relaxed and feeling lighter. I love the treatment room, it's lovely and warm and relaxing.

I have been going to Rio for about a year for treatments now. I was recently given a gift card for my birthday, I had a full body massage, signature facial and brow lamination, and it was the most amazing pamper 3 hours. It was just what I needed after having a stressful time recently. I was so relaxed during the appointment I dozed off. Jame's is amaizing. I've been having massages for years and i have to say james really knows his stuff, very professional, amaizing massage and always knows your tense areas. I walk out like a new person. He uses deep pressure wich i love. I highly recommend to everyone.
