Great experience with Dave for sports massage today. Really knowledgeable and listened carefully to understand what I needed, no one size fits all here! Felt really at ease the whole time and blown away by the outcome, completely blown my expectations. Great post-massage advice and exercises. It's clear he really cares. Thanks Dave, you're a gem!

Had a brilliant sports massage with Dave on Friday. He certainly knows his stuff, he’s very professional but friendly too. Put me completely at ease, he explained everything really well & gave me a brilliant massage.

I've known Dave for a number of years as he was previously my PT. Thought I would try him out for a sports massage and wasn't disappointed. Investigations prior to the massage in relation to problem areas were very thorough. Immediately felt a difference after treatment, somehow felt more agile. Would definitely recommend and will be using again.
