Annette is a very knowledgeable practitioner and so genuinely caring, I felt my healing was of upmost importance to her throughout my sessions. Through reiki and guided meditation Annette helped me release negative energy and discover areas to build strength to help me overcome anxiety. Annette took me on a gentle hypnotic journey to explore past-lives, it was a really healing experience that enabled me to understand my present anxieties. Just been to see Annette for a full body hot stone massage and an Indian head, just wow!!! I felt amazing the whole time I was in there and I feel on top of the world now. Annette herself (and her daughter Drew) was both welcoming and relaxed and immediately put you at ease. The studio was small but not claustrophobic, more comforting and safe and fully equipped. My two treatments lasted 2 hours and I have come home so relaxed and just feeling great! I highly recommend a visit and I will DEFINITELY be back ❤️

I had an amazing treatment today with Annette. I’d so highly recommend the 90mins Reiki with massage. I feel like I’ve had a complete mot and floated out back to my lodge. Annete was brilliant. Everything was explained to me prior to proceeding to make me feel at ease. I'm a bit of a sceptic when it comes to this sort of thing but after having reiki I can honestly say I've been amazed at how it's affected me. The biggest thing for me has been recovery post work out. Where previously I would've been stiff and sore I now don't have any aches or stiffness and feel energised.
