Annette is a very knowledgeable practitioner and so genuinely caring, I felt my healing was of upmost importance to her throughout my sessions. Through reiki and guided meditation Annette helped me release negative energy and discover areas to build strength to help me overcome anxiety. Annette took me on a gentle hypnotic journey to explore past-lives, it was a really healing experience that enabled me to understand my present anxieties. I had an amazing treatment today with Annette. I’d so highly recommend the 90mins Reiki with massage. I feel like I’ve had a complete mot and floated out back to my lodge. I will definitely return for another pamper. The setting in the tepee is fab so nice compared to commercial spas it was lovely being amongst the elements. Thank you Annette

Annete was brilliant. Everything was explained to me prior to proceeding to make me feel at ease. I'm a bit of a sceptic when it comes to this sort of thing but after having reiki I can honestly say I've been amazed at how it's affected me. The biggest thing for me has been recovery post work out. Where previously I would've been stiff and sore I now don't have any aches or stiffness and feel energised. Can't wait to come back for more sessions!
