I had a massage yesterday evening. If felt great at the time, very relaxing, and I could tell there was deep release going on. I had the absolutely best, deepest sleep last night and have woken this morning with more energy than I’ve had for weeks. Jo is an incredible massage practitioner, what she does moves things about in your body and mind and makes you feel released and well and rested. Amazing.

I say the best Spa in whole Exeter , for me personally felt this is what a spa should included what actually a person wants exactly to pamper themselves . The massage released so much tension, leaving me feeling deeply relaxed and restored. Megan’s attention to detail was excellent, and the facial itself was amazing. The products used felt luxurious and left my skin feeling revitalised and deeply hydrated. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and glowing. Highly recommend .

I had a relaxing Indian head massage with Katie. The perfect antidote to a long day working in front of the computer. She advised that I would benefit from deep tissue massage in future sessions due to the amount of tension in my upper back and neck which is partly due to kyphosis.
