Pampered from head to toe! I have just had a wonderful facial and massage experience. The spa room had a beautiful, calming ambience that instantly helped me relax. The massage released so much tension, leaving me feeling deeply relaxed and restored. Megan’s attention to detail was excellent, and the facial itself was amazing. I had a relaxing Indian head massage with Katie. The perfect antidote to a long day working in front of the computer. She advised that I would benefit from deep tissue massage in future sessions due to the amount of tension in my upper back and neck which is partly due to kyphosis.

Jo is an expert at massage. Her approach is so professional, accomodating and incredibly relaxing. I would recommend her service to anyone, especially someone who may be nervous about massage. I leave feeling like a new person with anxiety and tension having been melted away.

I had a massage yesterday evening. If felt great at the time, very relaxing, and I could tell there was deep release going on. I had the absolutely best, deepest sleep last night and have woken this morning with more energy than I’ve had for weeks. Jo is an incredible massage practitioner, what she does moves things about in your body and mind and makes you feel released and well and rested. Amazing.

From the moment she opened the front door, Jo was completely focused on putting my son at ease and making the experience about him in a way that he was comfortable with. He absolutely loves his massages with Jo and she is very encouraging with his development of his body awareness. The best bit.....? He was quiet and still for the entire time on the table. No mean feat for a boy who is on overdrive from dawn til dusk. It made me feel relaxed just watching. The environment is clean and totally covid safe but definitely not clinical.
