Great leg wax appointment with Jamie. She was friendly as always and kept me chatting away so I was distracted throughout the wax which was done perfectly. Can’t recommend Jamie enough, as always.

Excellent service as always. I travel from outside of Crawley to see Nicky.. I won't go or see anyone else for my beauty treatments. Nicky is always so obliging and accommodating even coming in on her day off to ensure I could have my treatments before going away.

Great haircut, finished with some lovely curls after blow dry 🤗 Nice and relaxed atmosphere & less than half the cost of my usual hairdressers. I'll definitely be back! Thank you 🙂

Wow this young lady has movie in the palm of hers hands! Such a beautiful, relaxing experience. I had the Hawaii massage, dermaplan luxury facial and my brows waxed and tinted. Lolly Ann was very knowledgeable and didn’t over share! Which I LOVE! She was very professional and extremely welcoming, just the right amount of both. Her Indian head massage as part of the full body was FABULOUS! She was accommodating to my needs of wanting my stomach massaged too and seemed informed about lymphatic drainage. Helen has created the perfect space in which to relax and completely enjoy a treatment. I had a wonderful full body massage. Loved the heated couch! My nano treatment on my face has left it beautifully smooth. Can’t wait for my next visit.

Had a Pedi with Imo. Who is professional and dedicated to her craft. She is caring and gentle, listens to you as a customer and is so careful and thorough with everything she does. Explains what she is going to do. A truly great experience. My feet feel wonderful after she has finished also leg and foot massage is the best.

This was my second visit to Lauren for a full body massage and it was even better than the last!! Lauren asked me how my body had been feeling and specifically the targets areas that I asked to be worked on. I spoke about how much better they had been and also how I’d been having issues with my legs. So Lauren went to work and wow was it a good session. I just love how at ease I feel with like I’ve known her for ages. Thank you so much!! Roll on my next visit 😊
