Alway friendly and happy to accommodate any design requested. This is by far the best out of many nail salons in basingstoke! I love that you can pre-book ur appointment online, makes life so much easier. I also love the stamp reward card they offer, after going five times you get £5 off ur next appointment. Wouldn’t ever go to another nail bar again. Xx

Gem did an excellent job of my nails and brows. She took the time to understand what I wanted and we found a really fun nail design that is perfect. Gem was really friendly and so easy to talk to. I’ll definitely be booking again! :)

Gem is amazing at all the treatments she offers, but I particularly think she’s outstanding at intimate waxing and brows. She’s also very good at gel nails, so I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Had gel extensions for the first time and Gem made them look amazing 🤩

Great experience! I went in thinking I’d need to remove my gel powder extensions because I wanted my nails shorter and wasn’t happy with how thick the gel looked. But the nail technician really listened and helped me achieve exactly the look I wanted—including the color—without needing to remove the extensions I’d only had done three weeks ago. So happy with the results!

Words cannot describe how fantastic Gem is at her job! Give her any nail art design and she will effortlessly create the most beautiful nails and with such amazing chat! Wish I could spend every week having my nails done with her!

My nails look lovely, both technicians were great. Great advice given for next time about having them removed and fresh gel on. My nails always last really well and never chip 😊

Happy overall but Gel was not soaked off this time which has left my nails a little weak :( Finish overall was good and Gel take off a new colour put on in 23 mins!
